If there was a reality show that focused on New Jersey celebrities performing different songs karaoke style, I would definitely watch it! (Andy Cohen, are you listening?) Buddy Valastro, better known as the Cake Boss, and his wife, Lisa Valastro, held a karaoke night with family and friends over the weekend, which included Real Housewives of NJ stars Melissa and Joe Gorga.
Although fans didn’t get to see Melissa grace the microphone, she had fun posting hilarious clips on Instagram of Buddy, Joe and Cake Boss‘ head baker, Joe Faugno, belting out Frank Sinatra‘s 1969 classic rendition of “My Way.”
Everyone joined in on the fun, including Buddy’s mother, Mary Valastro, who’s been suffering through a tough personal battle with ALS. She’s seen in good spirits singing along to Pat Benatar‘s ’80s hit single, “We Belong,” with Lisa. If you thought that it was a night filled with “oldies but goodies,” you’re mistaken. The younger kids used their singing skills for background vocals, while Cake Boss‘ Mauro Castano performed Justin Bieber‘s “Baby.”
Do you think any of them have a shot on The Voice?
