Boyz II Men to Steve Martin: 9 must-see shows coming to NJPAC

Newark’s NJPAC recently announced their huge lineup of upcoming performances for the 2016-17 season schedule and it’s filled with an array of different shows for you and your family to enjoy. Viewers can enjoy everything from comedy and concert performances to tap dancing and poetry readings.

1. Steve Martin and Martin Short

The comedians are teaming up for An Evening You Will Forget for the Rest of Your Life on Sunday, Oct. 30. They’ll be joined by musical guests, The Steep Canyon Rangers and Jeff Babko.

2. Chris Tucker

The Rush Hour star is ready to bring fans, Chris Tucker Live!, on Saturday, July 30.

3. Gabriel Fluffy Iglesias

The comedian and voice actor is bringing his stand-up fans on Thursday, July 7 and Friday, July 8.

4. Styx

An Evening with Styx, also known as a night with of rock’s most influential bands from the ’70s, will take place on Thursday, Sept. 22.

5. Boyz II Men and En Vogue

7. The Hip Hop Nutcracker

8. Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater

The prominent dance company is expected to deliver an unforgettable performance three days in a row: Friday, May 12, 2017, Saturday, May 13, 2017 and Sunday, May 14, 2017.
