If you don’t already know who Grace Helbig is, you’re welcome. With 2.8 million Youtube subscribers, the 30-year-old’s comedic, yet ‘grace’ful (see what I did there) persona is undoubtedly captivating. Hailing from Woodbury with a degree in Contemporary Arts from Ramapo College, this Jersey girl proves that you don’t have to be super serious in order to be successful.

In addition to her extremely popular Youtube channel, where she posts multiple times per week, Helbig has a podcast titled Not Too Deep with Grace Helbig. As if that wasn’t enough, she was named one of Time Magazine’s 30 Most Influential People on the Internet and even hosted her own late-night talk show on E! for a brief period. Oh yeah, she’s an author too.

But how did the adorably geeky entrepreneur become such a boss? In one of her recent videos, Helbig offers her best tips on “how to be successful.” Watch below and thanks for the advice, G.
