The Boss is a true gentleman! Before playing an outdoor set at the Rock in Rio festival in Lisbon, Portugal last week, Bruce Springsteen noticed Adele was in need of some warmth, so of course the New Jersey rocker came to her rescue. “I was wearing a ridiculous skirt, which was silly. It gets quite windy in Lisbon. I had a little thin jumper on, and Bruce came out and said: ‘You’re going to be cold,” said Adele, according to the Daily Mirror. “I was a bit drunk, I’d had four glasses of wine, so I said I’d be fine.”

Perhaps the “Born to Run” singer has a soft spot for the “Hello” crooner because his 90-year-old mother, Adele Springsteen, shares her name. Bruce danced with his mom to “Ramrod” at one of his Madison Square Garden shows in March. Springsteen will be back in his home state to perform at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford in for 3 nights in August.
