Asbury Park kicks off Memorial Day weekend with a bonfire beach party

Want to start your holiday weekend off right? Don’t miss the Asbury Park Night Bazaar, which kicks off on Friday from 5 pm until 10, with a bonfire beach party theme, featuring music by Gay Guy Straight Guy and Night Mower and spinning by DJs Mike Merrel and Sara M.

You’ll also be able to shop from local vendors selling everything from jewelry to crafts to furniture from vendors such as Anchored in NJ, which sells Garden State-themed home decor, Holly Jolly Jams, Outer Limits Hot Sauce, Soap for Sinners and many more.

It’s all happening at the Grand Arcade of the Asbury Park Convention Hall, where you can enjoy live music, live art, and food and drinks from The Anchor’s Bend, Asbury Oyster Bar and The Beach Bar.

They’ll be back June 3 for an Aloha Party and June 10 for the AP Moto Club Social. The bazaars have been held in Asbury Park since 2013, and according to the Asbury Park Press, the most recent one, which took place in the spring, drew a crowd of thousands.
