On Tuesday’s Live! with Kelly, Kelly Ripa and Joel McHale were chatting about her Hollywood Walk of Star fame, which she received in October 2015. After Joel opened the show by joking, “Anything weird happen here in the last couple months?” he then asked Ripa, a New Jersey native, “Is it weird to think people are walking on top of you right now?” She promptly replied, “No. I’ve gotten used to that,” with a big laugh, apparently a reference to both the star and her former co-host Michael Strahan’s exit from the show. She also told the audience, “It’s okay, we can laugh.”

Of the actual honor, Ripa was clearly thrilled with her star, which is right next to that of her longtime co-host, Regis Philbin.

The official star. Thank you to everyone for this extraordinary honor.⭐️ #walkoffame
