Weight assisted kick back: amazing exercise for the glutes. I choose three different weights and stagger up and down. So, I pick a 10, 15, 20 weights. On one side at a time, I do 15 reps with a 10 pound weight. 12 reps with 15, 10 reps with 20. Rest for 30 secs. Go right back into the 20 pound for 10, 15 pounds for 12, 10 pounds for 15.
