Since giving birth to her second child, Greyson Valor Mathews, on May 5, New Jersey reality TV star Jenni “JWoww” Farley has been busy keeping up with him and daughter Meilani, who’ll turn 2 on July 13, not to mention getting a giant Disney tattoo sleeve. She’s opened up about how becoming a mom of two has made her fall in love with husband Roger Mathews “all over again” and seems completely smitten with every aspect of motherhood. Now she’s sharing her birth story about Greyson, who she calls her “Cinco de Mayo baby” on her website.
Yesterday at 6:03 pm (with the help of my assistant Dr. Rezai and my wonderful staff) I delivered our 7lb 2ounce son Greyson Valor Mathews into the world. Moments after my wife @jwoww water broke Dr. Rezai looked at me and said "Scrub up Stat ! You're gonna deliver your son." Ok so I made up the "Scrub up Stat" part but In my head he said it. Life is only gonna offer you opportunities like this once so you better capitalize on it. I would describe the experience like doing 3 back to back combat tours in Iraq while winning the Nobel Peace Prize simultaneously. What an amazing experience to literally witness the miracle of life from the very onset. He's our little man, our perfect bundle of joy, the baby brother to an anxious little girl ready to met her Bubba. What a ride this thing called life is ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for the love and support for our newest chapter. We are blessed and we pray health and happiness finds you in reading this.
Crushing the Boob game since birth. Hit me on my Snapchat ladies. No worries if you already got a man. It's mind over matter. If you don't mind, he don't matter. (post has been up for three minutes and I already have to edit this to explain that this is a joke. 47 people have already asked me what's my/his snapchat name. He's two weeks old and no he does not have a Snapchat, nor do I. Good lord people. )
In the video, she reveals that she got induced with Greyson because she had rapid delivery with Meilani, and there were concerns that he would be a “car baby,” rather than born in the hospital (spoiler alert: they made it in time). Jenni reveals that they left the house at 7 a.m., before Meilani had even woken up. As it turned out, poor Meilani had pneumonia, and Jenni cried because she couldn’t be with her. On the upside, Roger was able to help with the delivery and pull Greyson out. There were a few complications so mom and baby were separated for two days, but Greyson is a champ and recovered, and so did Meilani. Watch Jenni tell the story:
Both Jenni and Roger have shared sweet shots of Greyson and their new family, which, according to Roger, are a handful!
I've had the two of them since 7 am and in no way do I think I deserve an award or a pat on the back for doing what parents are supposed to do but I do want to drive over to Nadya Sulemans house (yes crazy Disney Moms I know she did porn, this is a joke about the only single mom I could think of raising 8 kids AKA Octomom) and mow her lawn and burp at least a few of the kids. I definatly peed siting down twice today holding a crying baby. Hats off to single parents man.
I've seen pictures like this of my sister and I when we were kids. I've seen pictures of other people's kids like this. But when I look at my own kids it makes me realize the incredible luck that fate, timing and choice has bestowed upon me. They don't wake up and ever see me as anything but their one and only Daddy. How blessed am I ?
