My quick getaway to the Hamptons

Although I spend most of my summer weekends down the Jersey shore, a trip out to the Hamptons is always fun. My friends Oriana, Catherine and I decided to take a quick getaway this past weekend. I (over)packed my bag and headed out with them on Friday.

We kicked the first night off with a delicious dinner at Southhampton Social Club and danced the night away. We had our first lobster rolls of the weekend and they were beyond tasty.  I found the cutest Aqua mint romper  at Bloomingdales Short Hills to wear with my favorite Jimmy Choo silver heels. I of course added my Oriana LaMarca arm candy stacked up. IMG_3521 IMG_3522 IMG_3523

Saturday we decided to take a ride out to Montauk and hang out at Gurney’s. We sipped a little rosè on the beach and then had some lunch before heading back to Southhampton to do some shopping. The mall shops, where you can find styles no one else will have, reminded me a bit of Spring Lake, NJ. We went back to our hotel to shower and change for the night.

First stop was dinner at The Greenwich, where I fell in love with the simple white decor and Anna Wintour artwork. We all arrived dolled up and sipped unique drinks like Gin mixed with Rosemary, lavender, honey and Moet. On the menu was lobster avocado toast which we had to try. Dinner was great!

It was Saturday night, so of course we had to do a little dancing. We went to AM Southhampton and had way too much fun. A few friends invited us to a house party so the night didn’t quite end at 2am. We hopped in an uber and arrived at the house party. Perhaps slightly over dressed in a matching black and white crop top and body con matching skirt, but a good time nonetheless.

Sunday was for relaxing by the pool at Capri bathing club. The sun was out, bikini’s and arm candy on. It was the most perfect end to a laugh-filled Hampton’s weekend.
