Actress-turned-fitness-guru Katrina Bowden is proof that you are what you eat. The Wyckoff native shared all of the things she eats in a day on her blog, FitKat by Katrina Bowden.
Katrina shared that she’s not the kind of girl who will lie and say that she eats whatever she wants all day long. “Maybe there are a few people who are just plain #blessed and can eat whatever they want without gaining an ounce, but for most of us, it’s not the case,” she wrote.
A few highlights form the green juice enthusiast‘s daily diet include three solid meals a day and two snacks. When Katrina wants to indulge, she does, but not completely.
“If I have a burger, I’ll eat all of the middle and always leave most of the bun,” Katrina explained.

PS, we noticed that Katrina didn’t include strawberries on the list. She must eat them though, seeing as she literally became a strawberry recently.
