Late actress Brittany Murphy‘s former Hollywood Hills home is on the market with an asking price of $18.4 million. The Edison-raised actress died in the house in 2009 at 32 and her husband Simon Monjack was then found dead in the house five months later at 40. The estate was then listed until 2011, but was never successfully sold, according to POPSUGAR.

The home, which the Clueless star purchased from Britney Spears in 2003, was reported to the Department of Public Health in 2010 after suspicions that mold may have played in a role in Brittany and Simon’s similarly-caused deaths. However, ABC News reported that an investigation concluded that the house was mold free that same year.

Despite an incredibly grim history, the newly listed home has been completely rebuilt from the ground up and now features an infinity pool, direct elevator to the master suite from the garage, wine cellar, home theatre and more.
