Amber Marchese survived breast cancer in 2009 but discovered a lump in her breast in April 2015.

Amber Marchese is a survivor.

The former Real Housewives of New Jersey star was recently diagnosed with Lyme disease, while she currently battles breast cancer for the second time.

But the 38-year-old beauty is maintaining a positive attitude despite her setbacks, posting a bikini-clad photo to Twitter alongside friends in support of the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society.

“Me and my friends taking a ‪#biteoutoflymechallenge ‪@LymeChallenge ‪@LiveLaughLyme ‪@JLMarchese111 ‪#RHONJ,” she wrote alongside the poolside photo.

The mom of four has opened up about her diagnosis and says she is being proactive in her treatment.

“I’m newly diagnosed so I am just now doing a lot of research on Lyme,” she told E! News recently. “It’s rather confusing right now for me to understand if what I am feeling is from breast cancer treatments, Lyme, sore from the gym, or simple aches and pains from pushing 40.”
