Get Jacqueline Laurita’s healthy lettuce wrap recipe

The Real Housewives of New Jersey member Jacqueline Laurita joined season 7 of the show after a couple year hiatus and it’s not the drama that’s in the spotlight, but rather her incredible weight loss.

The reality star shed 50 pounds after starting a healthy eating plan called Medifast. “When I got pregnant with Nicholas I was already a little overweight and then I gained 55 pounds with him. I had to do something about it,” she said during an interview with NBC. “In two weeks I lost 12 pounds. It was very easy. I was not hungry. I had energy.”

Lucky for us, the author (her book Get It!: A Beauty, Style, and Wellness Guide to Getting Your “It” Together came out earlier this year) has been posting about her meals on social and exactly how she’s maintaining her weight loss. The mom of three recently took to Instagram to share a delicious healthy lettuce wrap recipe.

“On a lettuce wrap, I used Organic Grass Fed Beef, 1/2 sm. Onion, 2 Garlic cloves, 2 inches of long hot pepper, Diced tomatoes, Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, freshly ground pepper,” she wrote.
