Who doesn’t want to sleep and eat where Ice-T and Coco once did? Well, it’s becoming more of a possibility than ever. The couple just cut the price of their North Bergen penthouse by another $111,000, which they bought for $1.5 million in 2005, after moving to their new waterfront home in Edgewater.
This is the third time the reality TV duo has dropped the price since putting it on the market last year for $1.199 million. So, what do you get for the new price tag of $888,000?
The spacious 2,000-square-foot condo comes complete with double-height living room with views of New York City, according to Trulia, a dining room, a kitchen with onyx countertops and matching floor, two bedrooms (one has since become a walk-in closet), a marble master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, and a home automation system. The lucky buyer will even get to keep a Ralph Lauren bed, high-tech sound system and luxury drapes.
But, the best part of all is you get to own a piece of reality TV history as this was the home featured on the E! reality show “Ice Loves Coco.”
