Jersey Shore alum Vinny Guadagnino is making his return to reality television! Along with his mother Paola, and his uncle Angelo, the 28-year-old will take his family’s food truck, Carretto Siciliano, to compete on The Food Network’s The Great Food Truck Race. Although his new costars are family members rather than gym buddies and drinking partners, you can be sure that Vinny will still be focused on picking up chicks.

In a promo for the show shared by E! News, Vinny can be seen hitting on women and trying to explain what a “wingman” is to his mother. Classic Vinny! Perhaps his original wingman, DJ Pauly D should have joined the new show?

On this family themed season, the Guadagninos will travel around California, competing against five other families for a $50,000 cash prize. The show premieres August 28 at 9 p.m.

Good luck, Vinny!
