The 2016 Franklin Lakes Festival did not disappoint! Live music, carnival rides, food trucks, a car show and tons of activities for children made it an amazing weekend to remember.
Manzo’d with Children star Chris Manzo was there for a presentation and signing of his children’s book, “Oliver Brightside – You Don’t Want That Penny.”
Of course, mom Caroline was there to show support!
Kara Kakes, aka the creators of some of New Jersey’s most adorable cupcakes, had a booth filled with delicious goodies.
Seriously, how adorable is Kara Kakes owner Kara Schnaidt?
There were also plenty of food trucks, including Bergen County favorite, EmpandaMania.
Traditional festival food favorites, like candy apples and ice cream cones, were a hit, too!
How amazing are these mohawk balloon hats?! So cool!
Master Park’s Black Belt America performed an amazing martial arts demonstration.
Oakland resident Angel Perez did a kick-board job! (See what we did there?)
The School of Rock from Wayne gave a rocking performance.
The festival provided endless opportunities for children to have an awesome day, like this super fun Toy Story play house.
Franklin Lakes 4-year-old Luca Seigel showed off his basketball skills.
Did you even attend a festival if you left without a killer face painting? Jake S. looked extremely cool with his new Batman paint.
