Looking for weekend plans? We’ve got you covered! Here are five super fun fall events to attend in northern Jersey this weekend!

1. The Pumpkin Carnival in Jersey City
Pumpkins and carnivals are two of the greatest things about fall, so why not combine them? Pumpkin decorating, games, candy, a costume parade and a carousel will make for the perfect Saturday! The carnival goes from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Jersey City’s Newport Green Park with Sunday October 23 as the rain date.

2. ZooBoo at the Bergen County Zoo
Trick-or-Treating at the Bergen County Zoo?! Could there be a cooler Halloween event? Probably not. Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and again from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., trick-or-treaters can collect candy, listen to scary stories and watch a magic show! Buy your $6 tickets in advance.

3. Veggiecation: Kids Cooking Class
Edgewater’s Whole Foods is hosting a free kids’ cooking class on Friday from 6 to 7 p.m. Children will learn to prepare and cook healthy meals!

4. Hoboken Harvest Festival
A hayride along the Hudson sounds like a blast! On Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., head to Pier A Park in Hoboken for pony rides, pumpkin painting and more fun fall activities!

5. Montvale Street Fair
Paragon Drive in Montvale will turn into a festival celebration from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday October 23. There will be two food courts, 100 exhibitors, an arts and crafts section, a climbing rock wall, bounce houses, a petting zoo and more!

Enjoy your weekend!
