As we come to terms with Sunday’s Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 7 finale, we thought it would be a good idea to reflect on some of the awesome restaurants the ladies have visited in the series to hash out their problems (and sometimes, start new ones).
After the reunion, we won’t be able to see them on our TV screens for quite some time, so why not try to accidentally run into one of the cast members while simultaneously dining on some of the most delicious food in New Jersey?
Tenafly Classic Diner
Good diners are hard to find, but this Tenafly gem offers everything from a french toast tiramisu tower to seared yellow fin tuna. Siggy Flicker took her kids Sophie and Joshua for lunch here in episode five, “Dinner Interrupted.”
Giuseppe Ristorante Italiano
In episode six, “Swimming With the Gefilte Fish,” Jacqueline Laurita and Melissa Gorga had their first fight at this North Haledon restaurant specializing in authentic Italian cuisine. This would ultimately set off the tone of their relationship for the rest of the season.
The ladies can’t seem to get enough of this Towaco staple. Melissa and sister-in-law Teresa Giudice love to come here for celebrations. You have to try their sangria. Melissa claims it’s the best! Fans can spot the housewife hotspot in episode one, “Jingle Bells and Prison Cells,” (where OMJ’s Kelly Dillon recreated Siggy Flicker’s infamous lobster bisque through a straw scene) and episode three, “Leopard is the New Black.”
What an amazing night at #FrescoDaFranco in Montclair NJ for the NJ premiere of the "Brooklyn Banker." Directed by Federico Castelluccio of The Sopranos starring Troy Garity, Paul Sorvino, David Proval was awesome! Thank you to my great friend @franco_pj for hosting an unbelievable jam packed event! #BrooklynBanker #FrescoDaFranco
Fin Raw Bar & Kitchen
Montclair is a hub for excitement, where diverse cultures are celebrated through various eateries, bars, fashion and more. Kathy Wakile and her family stopped by this popular seafood joint to toast Victoria‘s college graduation.
Siggy and Teresa are regulars at this Norwood restaurant, serving everything from rigatoni famiglia to sorbet.
Maggiano’s Little Italy
Siggy might be obsessed with the salad at this Hackensack eatery, but we can’t wait to spoil our taste buds with the chef’s new seasonal dish, pumpkin mascarpone ravioli, before it disappears from the menu on November 2nd.
Get a taste of some genuine Spanish dishes like paella or sweet fried bananas at this Hawthorne restaurant. Dolores Catania likes to visit to pass the time on those cold rainy nights.
