5 fun things to do in northern New Jersey this weekend

1. Get into the holiday spirit early with the Annual Holiday Craft Fair!
Bergen Center For Child Development’s Third Annual Craft Fair is Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 140 Park Street in Haworth. This free event is filled with beautiful handmade creations from New Jersey artists!

2. Head to the 6th Annual Holiday Marketplace
The Wyckoff Family YMCA’s 6th Annual Holiday Marketplace is Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Fashion, handmade jewelry, accessories, toys, beauty products, art, pet supplies and more will be sold by over 50 vendors!

3. Visit the 3rd Annual Jersey City International Film Festival 
Into feature films? Documentaries? What about web series, or animations and student film? There will be almost 40 different options to choose from at the 3rd Annual Jersey City International Film Festival, which runs from Friday to Saturday. 4. Network at the 3rd SheParty Event
Weekends are usually for relaxing, but there is always time for a little networking. On Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Portofino in Jersey City, enjoy drinks and hors d’oeuvres while you get career secrets, fashion tips and more. Make sure to buy your $25 ticket ahead of time!

5. Attend the Jersey City Midnight Market
Shopping, food and drinks? Count us in. From 6:30 p.m. to midnight on Friday, this 21+ event at the Harborside Atrium in Jersey City will feature tons of amazing vendors from around New Jersey. Cover charge, food and drink specials are just $5!
