“In addition to the great local support, we have so many people we met from our events who come to visit,” Robert Austin Cho, pitmaster/owner told OMJ. “The energy is great and we love to meet all our fans-Kimchi Smoke Nation.”

Oh, and did we mention they invented the “chonut”? “It is the Life Changing Donut Sandwich with smoked brisket, bourbon chipotle sauce, kimchi, cheese, bacon on a glazed donut,” added Cho. Other must have items include Austin Cho, Cholander Fries, and the Bad as Texas Brisket.
