New Jersey fashion designer Marrisa Wilson and her model-muse Christina “ChrisMiss” Bright received quite the honor by being featured in British Vogue’s 100th Year Anniversary December Issue. The fashion bible spotlighted the founder of Marrisa Wilson NY, a Garment District-designed clothing line full of cool, relaxed styling blended with bold and funky textiles. Before stepping out on her own in 2016, the Howell-native had worked for big-name designers like J. Mendel, Oscar de la Renta, rag & bone, and Calvin Klein.
Newark native Christina, who was recently handpicked by Spike Lee for his new Netflix show, starred in (and certainly slayed) Marrisa’s spring 2017 campaign.
Congrats Marrisa and Christina!
