Fan photos: Laurie Hernandez and the Final Five at the Prudential Center

Gymnast Laurie Hernandez poses for a portrait on October 5, 2016 in Los Angeles, California. Hernandez, from Old Bridge Township, New Jersey, won a gold medal in the team event for the United States and silver on the balance beam at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. New Jersey got a small taste of the Olympics on Friday when Old Bridge native Laurie Hernandez and the talented ladies from the US gymnastics team, The Final Five, stopped at Prudential Center in Newark for the 2016 Kellogg’s Tour Of Gymnastics Champions.

The 16-year-old gold medalist took a break from kicking ass and earning perfect scores on Dancing with the Stars to make us fall in love with her all over again. She gracefully glided across the stage, making her strenuous routine performances look like a piece of cake!

Although we couldn’t witness our Jersey girl in action, we decided to live the experience through the people who were actually there. We’ve put together a fun collection of fan memories for your viewing pleasure.

Keep making Jersey proud Laurie! The ladies were joined by a string of other male and female gymnasts. The tour has two more stops before it comes to an end on Sunday.
