Last year, the Giudice family got a special Christmas surprise when Teresa was released from her sentence at the Federal Correction Institution in Danbury Connecticut nearly two months early, just in time to celebrate the holidays at home. This year, they’ll have to celebrate without all six members of the family for the first time ever, as Joe is still serving his 41-month prison sentence at Fort Dix and won’t be home for the holidays until 2018.

Instead, Teresa revealed that they’ll be celebrating with the Gorgas.

“I’m not hosting Christmas Eve this year,” the Real Housewives of New Jersey star told E! News during the BRKLYN Rocks Fashion Show. “I’m going to my brother’s again, because it’s just us. Being home is just kind of going to be sad, so I didn’t want to be home.”

On Christmas Day, Teresa and the girls Gia, 15, Gabriella, 12, Milania, 10 and Audriana, 7, will celebrate with Joe’s family.

“It’s nice to spend the holidays with family, because we don’t get to see them that much,” the mom of four explained. “The girls like to be with their family. They have a lot of cousins. Joe’s sister has four girls; Joe’s brother has three girls. So, there’s a lot of girls.”

Whatever the Giudice plans may be, we’re looking forward to seeing this year’s Christmas card! They always go all out!
