The Friends of The Hermitage held their Champagne and Candlelight Social on Sunday at The Hermitage in Ho-Ho-Kus, where guests enjoyed a festive night of wine, hors d’oeuvres, music and an exciting silent auction. The proceeds will help benefit future educational programs held at the historic landmark.
Attendees also received a tour of the Victorian Christmas displays inside the house museum, chatting with history enthusiast and and learning about the interesting people who have stayed there in the past, including Theodosia Prevost and Aaron Burr
during the American Revolution and the Rosencrantz family.
