You can live in the former home of the king of Morocco right here in NJ

This could be your home.

We know the Garden State is filled with a lot of Jersey girls who think they’re princesses, but did you know that it was actually home to legit royalty once? Yup, Natirar in Gladstone, the massive estate home to a delicious restaurant and incredible wedding venue was once home to the King of Morocco. And now you can live there!

The nearly 500-acre property already boasts stunning scenery and a critically acclaimed “Table at the Farm” culinary experience at the onsite eatery Ninety Acres, as well as a cooking school and private party options. Next up on the luxury list will be The Residences at Natirar, allowing people to call the once royal estate home. Oh, and you’ll pretty much get to live like a king.

Look at the stunning interior design.

There will be 24 brand-new private luxury residences available that come with a plethora of amenities akin to living at a resort. Owner will have access to Ninety Acres, on-site events like wine tastings or yoga classes, and year-round property maintenance. Residents will also have access to The Club at Natirar, which includes Har-Tru tennis courts and three pools.

A Social Pavilion will be built in conjunction with the homes, which will include a gym, health café, and spa. That’s on top of the 24-hour concierge services, butler services, classes, nanny and childcare services and laundry services offered.

A number of people have already shown interest in the residences designed by the renowned architect Bob Hillier, but there is no set date for completion.

We can’t wait to get a peek inside the mansions!
