NJ celebrities mourn the loss of Debbie Reynolds

Debbie Reynolds, who starred in dozens of classics from Singin’ in the Rain to Charlotte’s Web, passed away Wednesday at 84. The iconic actress suffered a stroke only a day after the death of her daughter, Carrie Fisher. Her son, Todd, told TMZ that her last words were “I want to be with Carrie.”

In response to the loss of two legendary talents, New Jersey celebrities have taken to social media to mourn.

Kevin Smith, who was heartbroken over the loss of his “first love” Carrie Fisher, watched Debbie’s movie, Mother in her memory.

Tenafly-raised Mira Sorvino shared her deepest condolences.

Zoe Saldana took to Twitter to share that as a mother, her heart goes out to Debbie and her daughter.
