Season 7 of Real Housewives of New Jersey may be over, but the drama isn’t stopping. Melissa Gorga‘s Montclair boutique Envy by Melissa Gorga has closed its doors temporarily following a “difference of opinion” with her business partner Jackie Beard Robinson.

We reached out to Melissa’s rep but haven’t heard back yet, but they gave a statement to NJ.com, saying “Melissa and Jackie have had a difference of opinion on how the store should be run and at this point Jackie is no longer involved in managing the boutique, but Melissa intends to maintain the success of the boutique by managing on it her own, and she is excited to open with a new inventory of Spring fashions.”

NJ.com reports the windows of the Bloomfield Avenue store were papered over on Tuesday with a sign on the door saying, “Temporarily closed for inventory. Will reopen very soon!” The boutique’s website envybymg.com, has a message reading, “We are remodeling our website and adding new inventory. Please check back soon!”

According to long-time friend of the RHONJ ladies Kim DePaola, Jackie had an arrangement with Melissa which gave the Montville resident a percentage of the store’s sales in exchange for being the face of the boutique and Instagram posts. But Melissa’s rep maintains that the mom-of-two “is and has always been an owner of the Envy by Melissa Gorga boutique.”

Kim tells us Jackie and Melissa were having problems and Jackie reached out to her for help. On Monday Jackie cleared out the store to close up shop. “Last week we had a beautiful dinner and I gave her enough guts to pack things up and get out of there,” she tell us. “And I told her I would help her because she didn’t know where to put it.”

Kim and Jackie are holding a month-long liquidation sale starting Thursday at Kim’s Allendale boutique Posche by Kim D of the Envy merchandise. Prices will start as low as $10.

We hope these ladies will be able to sort this out amicably!
