I am all about trying new workouts. I think it is SO important to switch things up in order for your body to show results. I have heard about barre method for a while now and thought it was about time to try it out for myself. I decided to go to a barre class at Exhale Spa in Summit and let me just say, it was absolutely fantastic.
To start, the space was impeccably clean and ultra calming. I signed up for an evening class with an instructor named Kathy, which turned out to be the perfect peaceful ending to my day. I purchased a pair of their cute socks before class too. Who doesn’t love something new to wear? The class was just the right size for me to receive personal guidance from the instructor. I workout regularly (at least four times a week), but my experience at Exhale was unlike any other exercise routine I’ve done before. I instantly felt the ballet-esque movements working my abs. Sure it was intense at times, but totally invigorating nonetheless! By the end of class I honestly felt elongated and extremely toned. Kathy was a wonderful teacher and explained each technique in depth.
I already booked my next class for this week and can’t wait to go back!
